Yes! Each pair of Balega socks is hand-inspected by our team of dedicated inspectors, named and pictured on each pair they examine.
Orders
- What size should I order?
Balega socks are designed to fit snug in order to reduce the likelihood of blisters and chafing. Please use the sizing chart below as a guide.
- What is Balega's return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number. You can find out more about our return policy here.
Shipping
- What is Balega's shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $300. We currently do not ship outside New Zealand. You can find out more about our shipping policy here.
- What do I do if I haven't received my order?
Delivery times are subject to change due to factors that are sometimes out of our control. If your order is 3 or more days behind the delivery date please email info@balega.co.nz for help. We will ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
